Is the spring/summer weather in your area 'odd' this year?
by AK - Jeff inmuch of our spring was very cold, intermingled with the occasionally 'extreme' heat.
so far summer [which started this week] is cooler than any i can recall, but extremely wet and high humidity.
the entire house feels like a wet blanket.. the doom-sayer types are constantly remarking how this must mark 'something' if not the end.

Why do I no longer get attacked and persecuted by the demons, since I left JW,s ?
by pedal power inmost jw.s really believe that they ( as we once did ) are promoting gods will, but what if they really are ?
is it possible that god is supporting them even though they (governing body ) lie, because most jw,s are ignorant of the lies told on their behalf, ?.
when i was a jw i got attacked by the demons bigtime, but not now, and i can only assume that they (demons ) are happy that i am no longer a jw and are now leaving me alone, cant think of any other reason, has god ever supported a group who were similarly found wanting ?.

No, you wouldn't. Visions, hallucinations, etc., are as completely real as anything else you are seeing, hearing or experiencing. No matter what you say, you DON'T know the difference.

i think gordon ramsey is awesome.
no nonsense - he tells boring, lazy, mediocre people that they are mediocre, and passionately tells them what they are doing wrong... because he wants them to do better.

Are You The Type Of Person That Really "Loves" People On This Site?
by minimus ini know some here seem to truly be interested in everyone's welfare.
they seem to be really troubled/happy by another poster's health, life, children, job, sex life, worries, anxieties---you name it, they're very involved in "caring" about people that they hardly know.. i have forged some friendships, i've met some great people on this site.
i've communicated with many nice people here.

I looked up the Watchtower 68 article on "The Book of Truthful Historical Dates" It exists in my library.
Interestingly the following article is on 1975 "Why are you looking forward to 1975" Where it says (page 500)
"This is not the time to be toying with the words of Jesus that "concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens no the Son, but only the Father."
"Even if one cannot see beyond 1975 is this any reason to be less active."

by InterestedOne inmy jw friend says she experienced demons act on their own behalf even before she became a jw.
she supposedly used to be an atheist, but her experience with demons led her to believe in the "spiritual realm" before she ever encountered jw's.
she says her ex-boyfriend & his friend used to do the ouija board & as a result have a demon following them around.

a believer in paranormal events, requires faith to support his position.
It wasn't faith when we had doors and window that opened and closed on their own. Lights that were switched on by themselves. Apparitions that were seen in our house by myself and my father. He told me what he had seen not knowing that I had seen it myself at an earlier time. I saw the front door and surrounding wall disappear and reappear.

How big is a demon?
